Service Overview

• Our service package includes a routine program conducted by our trained staff. The frequency of visits (monthly, weekly, or as agreed upon by the client and supplier) includes the following services:
• Burner Maintenance and Cleaning: Regular inspection and cleaning of burners to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This service can be availed on a per-call basis or as part of the routine maintenance program, as per the client’s preference.
• Pest Control: Application of safe and effective pesticides in the sink, floor, and cabinetry areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Ice Maker Machine Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of ice maker machines to prevent buildup and ensure the production of clean, safe ice.
• Freezer Cleaning: Regular cleaning of freezers to maintain efficiency and prevent cross-contamination of food items.

Spare Parts Replacement

Should any kitchen equipment require replacement parts due to defects or wear and tear, we can provide the necessary parts or their equivalent. Please note that the cost of these parts is separate from the service charge and can be purchased directly from us.

Charges

Our service charges encompass labor, services, supervision, and technical expertise. An invoice will be issued upon completion of each service visit.
